Recognised globally, Istanbul Modern is a symbol of the evolving cultural landscape of Istanbul, reflecting the city's role as a hub for modern artistic practices and fostering dialogue between different cultures. This museum is also special to me personally, as the area and the old Istanbul Modern building were the subject of my architectural master's thesis.

My friend runs this amazing jewelry brand, Mihanikî, and every time I wear their pieces, people can’t stop asking about them! They create handcrafted jewelry inspired by the beautiful simplicity and imperfections of the ancient world.
